1.Access Support Ticket: From the main menu on the website, find and click on the “Support Ticket” option.
2. Login or Register: If you already have an account, log in with your credentials. If not, you will need to register for a new account.
3. Initiate a New Ticket: After logging in, locate and click on the “New Ticket” button to start the process of creating a new support ticket.
4. Select Category: In the ticket creation form, you will see a category selection dropdown. Choose “Data Deletion Request” from this dropdown menu.
5. Specify Panels: In the section provided, mention which panels your request pertains to. You can select “WhatsApp Bulk Sender”, “SMS Panel”, or both, depending on which services you have used and wish to have your data deleted from.
6. Enter Your Details: Fill in the form with your details, including your account user ID or email ID, your name, and your phone number.
7. Submit Your Request: Once all necessary information has been filled in, click on the “Submit” button to officially send your data deletion request.
